We may assist with option comparisons, applications, documentation and coordination with free zones, government bodies, banks and third-party providers. The exact scope, timeline, deliverables, fees and exclusions will be stated in the applicable written quotation or agreement.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and current information and authentic documents.
- Review applications, quotations and authority requirements before approval.
- Make payments by the agreed dates and respond promptly to information requests.
- Comply with UAE laws, licensing conditions, tax, immigration, banking and beneficial-ownership requirements applicable to the client.
Delays, additional costs or rejection caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late information are the client's responsibility.
4. Important disclaimer
Website information, package prices and estimated timelines can change and are subject to eligibility, business activity, authority rules and third-party charges. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, accounting, investment, immigration or banking advice. Obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional where required.

5. Prices and third-party charges

Final pricing may vary according to activities, legal structure, visas, facilities, authority approvals and duration. Government, free-zone, immigration, medical, Emirates ID, bank, courier and other third-party charges may be revised without notice and may be payable separately.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation requests must be sent promptly in writing to info@elevana-global.com. Eligibility is assessed against the accepted quotation and the work already completed or committed.
- Before work begins, company service fees may be refundable after deducting payment-processing costs and any work or expenses already incurred.
- After preparation, consultation, document review, reservation or submission work begins, the corresponding service portion is earned and may be non-refundable.
- Government, free-zone, visa, immigration, medical, Emirates ID, banking and other third-party fees are non-refundable once paid or committed, unless the relevant provider returns them.
- Application rejection, client ineligibility, adverse compliance results, failure to supply documents, change of mind or delay by an authority does not automatically create a right to a full refund.
- Any approved refund will be returned, where practical, through the original payment method after applicable deductions. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
Where a written quotation or provider-specific rule differs from this general policy, the accepted written terms and mandatory applicable law will prevail.
7. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website text, branding, designs and other original materials belong to Elevana Global FZE LLC or their respective licensors. You may not copy, misrepresent, exploit, interfere with or misuse the website, forms, brand or content without permission.
8. Liability and external services
